How we work

# From the first conversation to the final handover.

Eight steps, in order. You approve the quotation before anything starts, and the site is prepared before anything is fitted. One team supplies, installs and sees the project through.

## Eight steps, one team 

Each step ends with you knowing what comes next.

1. ### Consultation  
We talk through the space, how it is used and what you want from it.

**You:** Bring your plans, a design, or just an idea.
2. ### Quotation  
You receive a clear quotation for the products and the work involved.

**You:** Review it, and ask us anything.
3. ### Client approval  
Nothing moves until you have approved the quotation.

**You:** Approve the quotation to start.
4. ### Site visit & measurements  
We visit the site and take accurate measurements of every area.

**You:** Give us access to the space.
5. ### Project requirements  
Products, finishes, access and timing are confirmed in detail.

**You:** Confirm the choices and the dates.
6. ### Preparation  
Any construction or surface preparation is completed before fitting.

**You:** Nothing needed. We coordinate it.
7. ### Installation  
Our own team installs the selected products to a professional standard.

**You:** Nothing needed. Our team takes it from here.
8. ### Final handover  
We walk the finished space with you and hand the project over, with maintenance available afterwards.

## Two ways to start 

Either way the steps are the same. What changes is how much of the project is ours.

| You have the design         | Bring us a project you have designed. We supply and install all the material.       |
| --------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| We handle the whole project | From the concept, floor plan and layout to completion, with maintenance thereafter. |

## What the service covers 

A full service, from the initial design to a complete interior, and even maintenance thereafter.

| Design                | The concept, floor plan and layout. For an office, computer aided design lets you preview layouts before anything is built. |
| --------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Colour & material     | Colour schemes and types of material, chosen with the advice of an interior designer.                                       |
| Supply & installation | All the material, from the products we stock and our local fabrication, customised to your requirements.                    |
| Supervision           | The total project handled by Jaydeck from design to completion, and maintenance thereafter.                                 |
