How Jaydeck Interiors collects, uses and protects your project information, contact details and floor plans.
1. Information We Collect
When you contact Jaydeck Interiors via our website, WhatsApp, email, or telephone, we collect information necessary to prepare quotations and manage installations: your name, contact phone number, email address, property/site location, and relevant architectural drawings or BOQ documents.
The project form on our contact page is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that a person, not an automated program, is sending it. To do this Google receives technical information from your browser under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. To limit abuse, our server briefly keeps a count of form submissions per connection; it does not store the contents of your message, which is delivered to our team by email.
2. Use of Project Information
Project details, measurements, and floor plans are utilized exclusively to prepare material estimates, schedule site visits, and coordinate installation crews. We do not sell, rent, or distribute client contact details to third-party marketing companies.
3. Project Photography & Case Studies
We respect client confidentiality. We do not publish named commercial client logos, executive boardroom images, or private residence addresses without prior written or verbal approval from the client.
