Standards governing quotations, site preparations, material supply, and handover warranties.
1. Quotations & Scope of Work
All formal quotations are based on confirmed site dimensions or client-supplied architectural drawings. Quotations itemize supply quantities (including required waste factors for pattern matching) and installation labor separately.
2. Subfloor Readiness & Site Conditions
Successful flooring and carpeting installation requires dry, cured, and level screeds. If subfloor moisture levels exceed manufacturer thresholds, moisture barrier treatment (DPM) or remedial self-levelling screeding will be recommended prior to material fitting.
3. Warranties & Defect Liability
All materials supplied by Jaydeck Interiors carry manufacturer warranties against manufacturing defects. In addition, installations completed by Jaydeck crews are backed by a workmanship guarantee covering seam integrity, adhesive bonding, and fitting tolerances under normal commercial usage.
4. Client Sign-Off & Handover
A final walk-through inspection is conducted jointly upon completion. Any punch-list adjustments are documented and rectified before final handover certification.
